You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone

A free 20-minute call to talk about where you are, and how I can help.

If you're here, something has shifted.

Maybe it's a diagnosis — yours or someone you love. Maybe it's a parent in decline and no one in your family knows what to do next. Maybe it's a grief that hasn't had a proper place to land. Maybe it's simply a quiet awareness of mortality that you can no longer outrun.

Whatever brought you here — you're not lost. You're paying attention.

This call is a gentle first step. No agenda. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what you're carrying and what support might look like.

What Happens on the Call

1. You share your story

Tell me what's happening, in your own words, at your own pace.

There's nothing you need to prepare.

2. I listen and reflect

I'll ask a few gentle questions to understand where you are and what feels most pressing right now.

3. We explore what's possible

I'll share how I might be able to support you.

If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so honestly and point you toward who might be.

The call is 20 minutes. It's free. And it might be the most important conversation you have this year.

Why I do this work?

In 2023, I was diagnosed with stage IV melanoma.

In the space of one conversation, my life divided into before and after. What I needed most in those early, terrifying weeks wasn't more information. It was presence — someone willing to sit with me in the fear. To ask the hard questions about dying, but also about joy, meaning, and what mattered most.

Those conversations changed me. They became the reason I do this work.

I'm Gabriela Böhm — an INELDA-trained End-of-Life Doula and Certified Grief Educator (David Kessler). I've supported individuals and families navigating terminal illness, anticipatory grief, vigil planning, legacy work, and loss.

I bring professional training, lived experience, and a deeply practical presence to one of life's most difficult territories.
